We focus on all aspects of our practice through flexibility and strength training, breathing exercises, and meditation.
Classes are designed to encourage others to feel confident about their practice regardless of their fitness level or experience.
Our instructors strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental place where everyone feels welcome no matter where they are on their journey.
Yoga is a personal practice but at iYoga316 we believe should also be shared together with a community that uplifts each other and supports progression, both on and off the mat.

YOGA CLASSES

Intro Yoga (30 min)

Introduction to the brief history and benefits of yoga. Deliberately guided relaxed paced yoga classes featuring moderate holds, breath work, restorative poses, and leisurely stretches that are designed to relax the body and release tension.

Beginner Yoga (30 min)

We begin the practice with slow breathing and add gentle sequences that include seated, reclined and some standing poses. We will open up the body and mind in preparation by engaging conscious breathing and gentle postures, for the final portion of the class where we will rest in postures for several minutes at a time.

Hot Yoga Flow (45 min)

Our signature set hot sequences combines yoga postures synched with your breath, a bit more of a challenging balancing series, and dynamic core work designed to add energizing fire to your life in a heated practice room. This yoga sequence will leave you feeling perfectly balanced inside and out, from bottom to top.

Hot Yoga 26/2 (60min)

Power classes are strength-building, full-body blasts designed to build focus, endurance, and flexibility in a heated practice room. You will breathe deeper and stretch further. Hot yoga classes move at a steady pace to keep your practice fluid, creative and energizing. This practice will take your body and mind through a challenging yoga journey. Power yoga classes facilitate breakthroughs in your body and mind, so count on leaving with a sense of energy and empowerment.

Creative Power Yoga (1.5 hours)

This class is an all level class as you are encouraged to use modifications and to listen to your body. A heated Sculpt & Flow class that has the perfect blend of yoga and strength training in a heated practice room. A dynamic warm-up will get your heart-rate up and muscles warm, before you dive into an intense, cross training workout that uses props, bands and natural body weight exercises to challenge muscular strength, endurance, and cardiovascular thresholds. Then cool down with some juicy yoga stretches to leave you in a puddle on the mat. Sculpt & Flow is the best of both worlds —a total body workout plus a fire yoga vibe. Pop Up yoga (1.25 hours)

Everyone starts somewhere when it comes to yoga. Maybe you’re brand new or are looking for a way to ease back into your practice. Or maybe you are looking to develop your strength, flexibility, comfort level, and stamina as you challenge your body and mind in a light sensory room. Pop Up and for a happy hour yoga class led by expert instructors who will skillfully guide the class through a full-body experience, complete with breath work for 1 hour at happy hour prices.
